Intern (Project Management)
Location: Penang, Malaysia
What You Will Do
- Support PMO processes and governance activities to ensure project compliance and structure
- Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and action items
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely updates
- Support preparation of status reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups while maintaining project records
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
