As a Scheduling Intern, you’ll get hands‑on exposure to the fascinating world of airline scheduling. You’ll support our team in building and maintaining AirAsia’s and/or AirAsia X’s flight schedules, balancing operational needs, business goals, and customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain real‑world experience in network planning, scheduling systems, and airline operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development Support – Assist the team in preparing and reviewing flight schedules, ensuring they are accurate and operationally feasible.
• Slots Coordination & Management – Learn how airports manage take‑off and landing slots, and help the team monitor and update slot information where required.
