  • Conduct research on sustainable real estate practices, green building certifications, energy‑efficient technologies and eco‑friendly materials.
  • Analyse market trends related to sustainable real estate and identify potential opportunities for Gamuda Land to incorporate green initiatives.
• Data Tracking & Analysis
  • Assist in collecting and compiling sustainability data including energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and emissions.
  • Support the team in maintaining sustainability tracking spreadsheets or dashboards.
