Position Overview

Job Description

  • Support automation of recruitment reports extracted from SmartRecruiters
  • Assist in data cleaning, consolidation, and transformation of raw recruitment data
  • Maintain and enhance Excel-based dashboards (recruiter performance, BU hiring status, hiring aging, etc.)
  • Support development of automated reporting workflows for recurring TA reports
  • Identify data inconsistencies, delays, and bottlenecks in recruitment processes
  • Assist in generating scheduled reports and distributing insights to stakeholders
  • Document processes and ensure reporting solutions are maintainable

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Knowledge in Python, Power Query (Power Automate is an advantage)
