What You'll Do

• Conduct process mapping and documentation of current tax processes (as-is) across LATAM countries.
• Document direct tax, indirect tax, and tax-related administrative processes.
• Develop process flows, operating procedures, RACI matrices, control narratives, and supporting documentation.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks within existing tax processes.
• Support the design and implementation of future-state standardized processes (to-be).
• Create operational manuals, flowcharts, checklists, and control guides.
• Organize, maintain, and update the regional digital repository of tax documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, CFS, IT, Customs, and local Tax teams to validate process flows and dependencies.
