Plan, organize, and implement corporate culture activities and internal events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Receive, process, and coordinate the resolution of issues, feedback, or complaints related to internal activities and company culture.
Monitor, implement, and update corporate culture improvement programs in accordance with the Group's orientation, standards, and plans.
Coordinate with various departments to promote activities that build a positive working environment and enhance the employee experience.
Consolidate and report on the progress of internal communication and cultural activities as requested by management.
