About the Role

The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is seeking an experienced and strategic Internal Communications Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of internal communications initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and support business priorities.

This role will be responsible for delivering clear, consistent, and engaging communications across the organization while partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure employees remain informed, connected, and aligned with TII's vision and objectives.
