WELLINGTON HEALTH CARE ALLIANCE (WHCA) is seeking 2 Clinical Informatics Analysts to support the organization’s planning and implementation of a modern Health Information System (HIS). These temporary, project‑based roles will work closely with the Clinical Informatics Specialist (Clinical Informatics Lead) and will play a key role in ensuring clinical workflows, data, and system design align with front‑line practice across WHCA.
Position Summary: Reporting to the VP Infrastructure, Diagnostics and CIO, Clinical Informatics Analysts will support clinical workflow design, system validation, testing, and training activities as part of the HIS implementation. These roles are structured to provide domain‑specific support (e.g., nursing, lab, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, ED, OR) including workflow analysis, data validation, testing, and training support.
