We're looking for a well-rounded, in-house Legal Counsel to advance our business further. You will ensure that Gear Inc operates within the law at all times, offer your counsel on legal issues, and serve as an effective guardian of the company. In this role, you will need to build and develop legal strategies and objectives for the organization, and be responsible for Gear Inc's legal compliance.
Main responsibilities - Manage overall the legal matters of the company and subsidiaries;
- Develop, perform, ensure and maintain legal works including but not limited to prepare, review and manage a wide variety of complex agreements and legal documents to minimize risks and maximize the legal rights of Gear Inc;
