Position Overview

Job Description
Hours: 4-Day Work Weeks | Monday - Friday No Evenings
Employed

Average patients seen: Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care
Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage
