- Setting: Outpatient
- Location: Modesto, CA
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (7a-4p with 60 minute lunch)
- Duration: 2 months with possible extension
- Duties:
- Maintains quality of care standards
- Assists patients with enrolling to access educational videos
- Make assessment of patients health status
- Injury Care
- Primary Care
- Follow-Up and evaluate patient's status
- Less than 15 pts/day
Required :
- Active CA license
- Board Certified
- 1 year of Occupational Health Experience
- DEA, LS
