Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Perform data entry and utilize scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory in the ERP system (SAP).

+ Compiles and maintains records such as material inventory and status and location of materials. Review production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors or management to determine material requirements for daily production.

+ Count, weigh, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.

+ Receive incoming material and verify material received is accurate and undamaged.

+ Ensures proper placement of goods for effective FIFO and inventory rotation.

+ Accurately package finished goods for delivery (i.e. banding, strapping, shrink wrapping, labeling, etc.) and stage and load trucks ensuring proper placement to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
