This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract and retain high-quality care staff who are passionate about delivering exceptional support within the community.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring staffing levels meet operational needs while maintaining compliance with all relevant recruitment and safeguarding standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domiciliary care staff, including Care Assistants, Senior Carers, Team Leaders, and support staff

* Create and advertise job vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels

* Screen applications and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
