Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and manage customer quotations
Follow up on quotations and proactively identify sales opportunities
Provide telephonic, electronic, and eCommerce sales support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist customers with product-related and technical enquiries
Customer Service
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels
Support both account and cash-sale customers
Administration & Sales Coordination
Work closely with External Sales Representatives to support customer requirements
Ensure all sales processes and procedures are followed accurately
Maintain accurate records and customer information
Assist with reporting and administrative functions as required
