We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Consultant to support insurance partners, B2 B clients, and retail customers across the full claims and sales cycle. The role involves managing quotations, processing claims, coordinating orders from initiation to delivery, and providing exceptional after-sales support. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth through value-added sales. Key Responsibilities

Manage and process insurance claims and quotations within SLA timelines.

Execute quoting, claim authorisation, and processing through insurer portals.

Ensure all claims are actioned, resolved, and closed within agreed timeframes.

Coordinate delivery of replacements, including upselling of accessories and value-added products.

Oversee administrative sales functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
