Joining a small and effective Customer Service and Sales Support team, this organisation are seeking a hardworking and committed customer service and sales support to join their busy team. Working closely across internal departments to meet the needs of external clients, the successful candidate will be dealing with all customer enquiries, orders and issues via telephone and email on a day-to-day basis. With a strong customer care background, the successful candidate will be involved in a varied day, managing the following tasks;

Answering inbound calls from customers
Generating quotes
Processing orders
Responding to various email queries
