The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a Legal Officer to join the Office of Legal Affairs in Geneva, Switzerland. This role involves providing timely legal advice to ensure compliance with the IOM’s legal framework, including the Constitution and relevant international law.

The Legal Officer will work directly under the supervision of the Head of the Institutional Law and Programme Support Division, assisting with legal matters related to the organization's functions and interactions with States and other entities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in institutional law and excellent analytical skills to navigate complex legal questions.
