This hybrid position offers exposure to sophisticated cross‑border transactions and clear career progression within an international, collaborative environment (partnership-track).

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex, cross‑border M&A transactions across Asia, the US, Europe, and other major jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global offices on multi-jurisdictional mandates.
• Provide strategic input on deal structuring, due diligence, and regulatory considerations.
• Support business development, including client pitches and thought‑leadership initiatives.
