Responsibilities - Advise on complex, cross‑border M&A transactions across Asia, the US, Europe, and other major jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across global offices on multi‑jurisdictional mandates.
- Provide strategic input on deal structuring, due diligence, and regulatory considerations.
- Support business development, including client pitches and thought‑leadership initiatives.
