Job Description

What You'll Do

Coordinate international shipments across Air, Ocean, Customs Brokerage and Ground Transportation
Ensure timely movement of freight and accurate operational execution
Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues
Communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and overseas offices worldwide
Manage documentation, compliance, and operational milestones
Support billing accuracy and shipment profitability
Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and customer experience

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Detail-oriented and highly organized
English and Spanish proficiency
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience is a plus
