Job Description

You join our Structured Export Solutions team, which is looking for a Structured Export Solutions Intern, for an internship of 6 months from May .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in origination processes by preparing client pitches to support the team on Export and Commodities Structured Finance transactions;
• Assist in the preparation of reports and various sectoral research;
• Develop presentation files for internal decision-making bodies (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling...);
• Contribute to the drafting of financing offers (Term sheet, Letter of Interest);
• Collaborate as a deal team in structuring and executing mandates won by the SES team.
