Job Summary

Gain hands-on exposure to governance, process improvement, procurement, outsourcing and third-party risk management while supporting initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across Central Services. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process reviews, documentation enhancement, governance frameworks and digitalization initiatives that support business operations

Key Responsibilities

• Review and organize departmental documentation, templates, records, and repositories.
• Assist in improving and standardizing assessment templates, checklists, SOPs, and governance documents.
• Support process mapping, workflow reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining operational procedures and process guides.
