Job Description

Interns assigned to the CSU may be involved in the following tasks:

1. Support in the Conduct of Surveys and Research Studies for the company’s clients, including but not limited to:
   • Coding of extracted data
   • Creation of tabulation specifications (tab specs)
   • Data cleaning and processing
2. Assistance in the Implementation of Organizational Development (OD) Projects, including tasks such as:
   • Collecting and processing data
   • Converting files into specified formats
   • Serving as a documenter during data collection activities (e.g., FGDs, KIIs, Validation Sessions)
3. Attending and Taking Minutes during virtual/onsite team and client meetings.
4. Performing Administrative and Clerical Duties, as assigned.
