Location: Longueuil, Quebec. Monday to Friday. Flexible hours. Exclusively on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process monitoring & analysis: reviewing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to spot inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Root cause analysis: digging into data trends (e.g., production delays, customer complaints, quality issues) using structured problem-solving methods.
• Team meetings: facilitating stand‑ups or improvement huddles with frontline staff and managers.
• Kaizen events: running short, focused workshops to brainstorm and implement quick wins.
• Training & coaching: teaching Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile tools to employees so they can solve problems themselves.
