Work with Front End Engineering crew constantly to review and analyze manufacturing processes and identify potential for improvements.
To investigate the process and quality failure resulting from equipment/process related problems and work for permanent solution to fix them.
Assist engineers in process improvement project deliverables such as conducting validation, engineering studies execution, data analysis, protocol and report write-up.
Participate and contribute actively in Kaizen projects and initiatives.
