Position Overview

Job Description

  • Coordinate employee health screening appointments.
  • Follow up on screening completion and maintain records.
  • Review health screening reports and highlight findings for follow-up.
  • Assist with payments and documentation for screening providers.
  • Support the Health & Safety team with administrative and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Internship student in any field (Admin, Business, HR, Safety & Health, or related disciplines).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to read and understand report findings is an added advantage.
