Position Overview

Identify, recruit, and manage suitable KOLs/influencers aligned with the brand. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers. 
Negotiate collaboration rates, deliverables, and timelines with KOLs. 
Coordinate campaign content approvals and posting schedules. 
Track campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
