SAP Support Services in the Finance and Controlling module.

Provides SAP system support to business users by maintaining and developing ABAP programming.
Monitors and attends to service tickets available in Service desk tools.

Specific contribution of the graduate (tasks, deliverables, targets):

• Document the details of the developed test scripts.
• Conduct weekly routine checks on test results.
• Make changes to the test scripts in the testing tool.
