Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver a pre-defined training program with expectations to adapt according to Trainee's Performance while pursing program benchmarks.
• Incorporate self-study sessions with live sessions by utilizing our LMS abilities with the objective of a more engaged learning experience.
• Develop/enhance all needed manuals, guides, PPTs and program materials or content.
