ABOUT THE ROLE

This role exists to ensure the full integrity and effectiveness of Beacon Red's training delivery for Arabic-speaking clients and participants. As the linguistic bridge between instructors and learners, the Interpreter enables seamless knowledge transfer across both classroom and practical training environments—ensuring nothing is lost in translation when technical accuracy and contextual precision matter most.

Working directly alongside training delivery teams and client stakeholders, this role carries accountability for interpretation, translation, and active participation in scenario-based learning. Success in this role means training cohorts receive an equivalent quality experience regardless of language, and that client-facing communication is handled with the professionalism and discretion the environment demands.
