Interpreter – English/Urdu

As an Interpreter you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services in English and Urdu. Your main duty will be to facilitate communication between English‑speaking and Urdu‑speaking individuals in various settings such as meetings, conferences and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interpretation services in person or via phone or video conference
• Translate written documents from English to Urdu and vice versa
• Provide cultural and linguistic guidance to both parties to ensure effective communication
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical principles of interpretation
• Clarify any misunderstandings or linguistic gaps that may arise during the communication process
