Working closely with teaching staff, SEND teams, and pastoral departments, you will provide targeted support to students requiring additional academic, behavioural, or emotional interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions to support student progress.
Work with pupils who require additional support in core subjects such as English and Maths.
Support students with SEND, SEMH needs, or those at risk of underachievement.
