Overview
Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Legal Entity De-Registration and Broker Dealer Optimization initiative. This role will focus on simplifying the firm's global legal entity footprint by de-registering broker dealer entities in select jurisdictions and transitioning business activities from local entities to a centralized global entity structure.
The Project Manager will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Controllers, Operations, Trading, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met while delivering capital efficiencies and operational improvements across multiple markets, particularly within APAC.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a global legal entity rationalization and broker dealer de-registration program across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate efforts to transition business activities and personnel from local entities to global entities while maintaining regulatory compliance.
