Responsibilities

Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM & MAM-WE.

Knowledge of DEP, APNS, VPP and ABM etc.

Knowledge of managing Android, iPhone, and MAC devices in Intune

Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Co-management environment

Cloud knowledge especially related to Intune

Expert in handling Intune MDM console and proactively monitor the device OS breakups, compliance check, passcode policy, ownership, & Last seen breakups.

Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, update rings, SCEP, PKCS

Knowledge on re-image and re-building the Windows devices.

Deliver technical support for Intune, Windows Modern Management.

Has good understanding of how Certificate Authority works.

Troubleshooting issues with technologies like WSUS, Intune and Azure from Intune end.
