About the job Inventory and Order Management Assistant II
Job Descriptions:
Provide basic inventory and management services;
Assist in processing orders from customers and TSM;
Assist in monitoring, releasing, and deliveries of products/goods;
Assist in receiving and recording PDC file check payments of clients and prepare deposit slips for checks that will be transmitted to the bank for daily deposit;
Assist in receiving phone calls from TSM and customers for orders and inquiries;
Assist in preparing CM letter for withholding tax applications;
Assist in attending to customers phone inquiries and ordering products; and
Assist in filling out documents.
Qualifications:
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
