Position Overview

**Overview**

**Job Summary:** Responsible for greeting and assisting customers in locating merchandise and deterring theft at the entrance and exit doors while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

**Job Duties:**

+ Greet each customer entering the store and aid customers by locating requested merchandise.
+ React and conduct recoveries of merchandise from potential shoplifters by following company policy with customer service techniques.
+ Assist management personnel in accurately completing incident reports when shoplifting incidents occur or when a recovery has occurred.
+ Assist store personnel with exceptional customer service and aid in the deterrence of theft.
+ Timely and efficient communication to Management or Supervisor on all incidents.
+ Respond to all EAS activations, accurately complete the EAS Alarm Activity Log and communicate all FTD’s to Management or Supervisor.
