This role proactively monitors daily inventory activity, investigates and resolves variances, and maintains thorough documentation to support compliance, quality, and operational efficiency. The coordinator works closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to align inventory records with shop orders, support real-time production needs, and uphold high standards of food quality and safety.
