Job Description:
Financial stewardship and budgetary control: Manage the DEM compensation value to remain within the allocated budget, performing financial tracking, monthly reporting and aligning with senior management on projections. Predictive modeling: Project potential costs associated with aging stock and high-risk categories, providing and to the commercial and ops teams to mitigate financial impact. SOP optimization: Identify operational gaps and control standardized SOPs for handling physical stocks and system transactions to proactively reduce unsellable. Expiry Lifecycle Management: Design and enforce FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to minimize write-offs due to product expiration.
