Assistant to the Sales and Operations Manager

Our client is looking for an Assistant to the Sales and Operations Manager with a focus on stock control forecasting and planning.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the link between Sales and Operations Department to ensure that requirements are managed between the two departments.
  
• Maintain and update Inventory Forecasting (stock needed for sales).
  
• Perpetually check low stock levels to arrange for orders to be brought forward (from Suppliers).
  
• Perpetually check overstocks on system to send reports out to Sales Manager to assist in selling stock.
  
• Order stock at the right price to arrive at the right time.
  
• Follow up on orders from suppliers.
  
• Generate monthly stock reports for Branch Management.
  

Skills and Knowledge:
