Under broad direction, coordinates inventory planning requirements to provide seamless integration of supply chain and operations processes for one or more product service lines (PSLs)
Gathers business outlook from PSLs and Business Development (BD) and executes the inventory plan against the PSL demand plan to achieve optimized inventory levels
Responsible for planning activities such as review of forecasts and replenishment recommendations generated by inventory planning tools, leading inventory planning meetings and ensuring actions arising from these meetings are executed
Additionally, the role will provide coaching and training to Material Control Specialists and in some cases serve as team lead for small work groups or project teams
