Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator for a leading Leicestershire based food manufacturer. This role will require you to work on the raw materials side of the business. 

Job Purpose 

The role is responsible for ensuring that raw materials and consumables are available when needed in the bakeries, maintaining accurate stock records and complying with food safety, quality, and traceability requirements. • Starting salary of £35,000 per annum
• Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and the packaging forecast
