Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods
• Interface with various parts of the organization to collect data through the purchasing, logistics and supply chain processes
• Ensure correct execution of manufacturing workflows including Inventory Transfers and Work Order release, component issuance, completion, and closure.
• Analyze information and own validation of BOM quantities, actual vs standard yields, Work Orders and inventory movements through the ERP.
• Track raw materials and inventory levels to assist the supply chain group to maintain optimal stock and timely replenishment.
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Review purchase order, vendor/supplier quotes, and invoices for tracking and documentation.
