Summary Investigative Registered Nurse (IRN) functions as advanced clinical and administrative investigator within the Quality Management Service. The nurse provides leadership and expert-level consultation in the evaluation of patient care events, documentation concerns, adverse outcomes, and organizational processes related to patient safety, clinical risk, and quality of care.
