Bachelor’s degree required, coursework in Finance and Accounting preferred. MBA or CFA designation or significant progress toward is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of investment experience is preferred; candidates with slightly less buyside experience but strong analytical training and demonstrated passion in investing may be considered.
Prior experience covering or analyzing companies in Industrials and Financials sectors is preferred; exposure to Energy is a plus.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to clearly present complex investment ideas.
High level of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and work ethic, with a genuine passion for equity investing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
