The Investment Banking Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing corporate finance and strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Work with senior Investment Banking officers and professionals and participate in client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking teamUnderstands accounting concepts, reviews and extracts information from financial statements/filings, and incorporates it into financial analysisPrepare marketing materials, valuation and statistical exhibits etc. for pitches and live dealsBuild efficient and accurate financial models/analysesSource market/industry/product information to conduct research independentlyReviews and delivers work in a timely mannerCommunicates clearly, concisely, and pro...
