• Provide first-class service to existing private clients, addressing their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Help grow the business by following up on qualified leads and scheduling appointments for Wealth Specialists.
• Support Wealth Specialists by preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring all deal packs and applications are complete and compliant.
• Manage and track all leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Utilize and maintain the company’s CRM package to manage client information.
