Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of end-to-end Investment and Sustainability data flow and data sets.
Support investment platform projects and BAU (business as usual) activities across asset classes, particularly on data integration and data-related topics.
Ensure operational stability and efficiency of BAU data processing and workflow management.
Monitor and enhance data quality across the data value chain; contribute to strengthening the data quality framework.
Lead the resolution of data issues, incidents, and user queries in a timely and structured manner.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external service providers.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data services and operational effectiveness.
