Investment Manager Morgan Hunt are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead the delivery of a planned maintenance programme and major repair projects foir a Glasgow based Housing Association, ensuring high-quality outcomes for tenants. Reporting to the Head of Asset and Investment, you will manage projects from inception to completion, oversee contract performance, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with contractors, residents, owners, and key stakeholders to deliver value for money, excellent customer service, and high-quality investment works.
