The role ensures the delivery of a competitive, compliant, and customer‑centric offering, maximizing business value and customer outcomes across all investment journeys.

Acting as the key business counterpart, this role connects strategy, product development, distribution, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with ING’s overall growth ambition in investments.
