Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit portfolios, distressed debt opportunities, and alternative investment opportunities to support informed investment decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, scenario, sensitivity, and stress-testing analyses.
• Support transaction execution activities, including due diligence, financial assessments, deal structuring, and investment implementation.
• Prepare investment memoranda, committee papers, valuation reports, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Assess credit quality, non-performing loan (NPL) exposures, portfolio performance metrics, and risk-adjusted return opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth corporate finance and investment analyses to quantify upside potential, downside risk, and expected returns.
